Yes, these will indeed print benchys. Made them for my son’s birthday. Need about 14 feet per Benchy. Dried them out before printing and had about a 90% success rate if printed slow.

Wrong for intended 3d pen. Order another pen that takes this size and correct size for other pen.

Updated stars, but will show the original review, as this product is best for pens and not printers.Original:After I first got my 3D printer and I’d gone through the included filament, I decided to buy this as my first pack of filament so I could test different colors. The colors themselves are nice… That’s about all the good I have to say about these.I tried several different filaments when I got this package, and I had some issue each time. I thought it was because I was new at 3D printing at first, but when I bought a different spool of filament, I realized I wasn’t doing anything wrong; it was this filament itself.For starters, some colors were very dry right out of the package, and broke every time I tried to load it. Even when I got them fed through correctly, they kept snapping during the printing process, leaving me with a half-completed print.Trying to unload or change filaments also ended badly most of the time. Usually, it would snap when trying to reverse out of the tube. Once, a piece broke off inside the heating element, so I had to purge several times to get it fully cleared. The worst was when it clogged the nozzle half way through a long print, and it wrapped a huge goop of plastic around the nozzle and heater element! I was so worried it damaged something, and it took a long time to get it all peeled off and cleared. I was lucky there was no damage done to my printer! Needless to say, I haven’t attempted a print with any of the other colors since!I realize it says it’s for 3D pens in the title, however the description clearly states it works with 3D printers as well. So unless you are using this with a 3D pen, or you plan to sit and watch your printer to ensure nothing goes wrong, avoid this filament at all costs!

For Christmas my kid received the MYNT3D Professional Printing 3D Pen with OLED Display as a gift, and naturally, she blew through the filament that came with that pen within 30 minutes. Thankfully, we ordered the PLA 3D Filament refill, and it worked perfectly with our kid's 3D Pen. The filament comes individually vacuum sealed, a large variety of colors, and feeds into the pen without issues. The filament feeds out smoothly and the color stays true, despite the heating. Once hardened, the filament feels a bit fragile, but is quite sturdy. With the amount of filament received, my kid has plenty left over for many more projects, and the variety of colors given allows for a good variety of projects to be made.The one thing to note is that if you have a 3D pen, you will need to adjust the temperature of the PLA filament. Our pen accepts both PLA and ABS type filament, but each filament requires different temperatures. The PLA filament requires a bit lower temp, so definitely check your 3D pen's manual to get the correct temperature, otherwise you might end up with a big plasticky mess on your hands.

I definitely recommend this refill set. Great variety of colors and they work great in the pen. No problem with clogging, colors are vibrant, quick cure. Give these a try!

We bought it as a Christmas gift to go with our 3D pen. It works wonderfully. Easy to use and coordinates we've had no hiccups just have to follow directions
