Q: Does it come with instructions

It does not come with instructions. I used youtube and found several useless videos and a couple useful ones. Just be patient when your working.

Q: Is the adhesive “kit” needed for re-assembly included?

The adhesive tape is not included. But you can request one with the seller after purchasing. In fact the adhesive tape is not necessarily needed since the old adhesive residuals will be just enough to hold the new battery.

Q: Is it good for the ipod touch 32 gb model a1367?

Not sure as I used it for the older model not a touch..

Q: is there any sodering involved?

Yes, there are three very tiny spots to solder on that strip, plus the chance of breaking the glass and the LCD screen when removing them! i ended up taking it to a Pod Shop to fix it. And the new battery life isn't much better. Sorry.
