Gentle Yet Effective – A Grooming Must-Have
This comb has been a game-changer for grooming my Exotic Shorthair cat. The long stainless steel pins glide through her dense coat without pulling, making it ideal for detangling and keeping mats at bay. She usually gets restless during grooming, but this comb is so gentle that she stays relaxed the entire time. The handle’s comfortable, non-slip grip makes it easy for me to use, even during longer sessions. Since using it regularly, her coat has looked noticeably smoother and healthier. It’s sturdy, well-crafted, and feels like it will last for years — an essential grooming tool for any cat owner.

Great product
Very good quality product. I like that it has a softer handle that makes it easier to use. My dog is a German Shepard mix. She has a thick mane of fur and this comb works great.

Loved it - Worked for our matted Goldendoodle!
Our long-time groomer insisted that our Goldendoodle would need to have his entire face shaved down to the skin due to the sides of his face being “badly matted”. There was nothing he could do and that we were welcome to take him to another groomer to see if someone else would groom him without shaving, stating that he had never seen anyone take this on in his “17 years of grooming”.Well, I got to work immediately and began researching the best products to try and and detangle him and ended up getting this comb along with the “TropiClean Dog Detangler Spray Dematting, Leave in Conditioner, Perfect for Doodles & All Coat Types, Sweet Refreshing Scent, Made in the USA, 16 oz.” which is also available on Amazon. The products worked GREAT when used together, though it did take over an hour of slow, gentle combing after generously spraying down the matted areas. I was careful not to hurt him (thankfully the edges are not sharp), and ended up doing it for another 30 minutes the next day before taking him to a new groomer, who was able to give him a great haircut with NO need to shave!Hope this helps if you find yourself in a similar situation.

Good Dematting Comb
This is a good dematting comb, though a couple of severe matts had to be cut out, as the comb would not penetrate the matted fur. (I do not, however, blame this on the comb.) This comb worked well on all other areas of the Golden Retriever and it removed a lot of the shedding undercoat with minimal pulling and discomfort. It was light weight, easy to hold and was a good value for the money. One downside was I ended up being covered in fur; but it was used on a breed that goes through heaving shedding.

Add to cart! Run, don’t walk. Your doodle needs this brush.
Amazing brush! It’s a dream for my golden doodle. But be careful, the blends are quite sharp. I cut myself quite badly removing hair from the brush. But it does work like a charm.

Great quality and durability
Works well. Has slightly wider blades than my other brand. I value it for durability and sturdy design. It cleans easily with dish soap water mixture bath and rinse, at least for the sap/dander filled undercoat coating that covers the blades from raking out my Great Pyrenees. Can be used at different angles but beware on thin areas as the blades are sharp. Just take care of your angle.

Easy to comb thru matted hair.
It really works!! I love that it helps with matted doodle hair making it so much easy to comb thru.

Not too shabby.
Not too bad. They could be sharper but I see how that could be an issue. Works well against mats unless the matting is really really really bad. Mild to moderate mats it can deal with. The blade is just too dull for thicker and more complicated mats.
