Do not purchase this!Upon receiving my case, I read ALL DIRECTIONS AND FOLLOWED THEM. I did the 30 minute test without my phone in the case and it worked fine. I put my case on and went to Cancun and have no issues with the case. Once I got home I removed the case because when using the phone no one could hear me and the case would also hit buttons on it's own. I just wanted the case for the waterproof so I can use my camera. I then came to Vegas and put this case back on my phone, went in the pool twice and both time water got into my phone under the case. I ended up eight sever water damage to my phone, lost all my photos from my phone and had to go purchase a new phone. What I though was going to work for what I needed it to, destroyed my phone and lost some pretty awesome memories. I would give a zero star rating but Amazon wont allow it.

This product was good but I have to talk really loud when on the phone because people say they can barely hear me. When I have my bluetooth ear pie e connected everything is fine but if my bluetooth ear piece is off no one I talk to can hear me good at all. Everyone says I sound low or far away. This is definitely something that needs to me corrected with this product. Everything else is good but I need to be able to hear without having to use my ear piece!🤷🏾‍♀️

This is my second time purchasing this case. My first one lasted over a year, and it was still protecting my phone, it was just starting to get a little bit of an eye sore because I banged it up so much. I loved this case so much, I didn't want to risk purchasing another brand and risk breaking my phone. I have to use my phone all day everyday at work, it gets dropped from ladders, falls out of my pockets and hands multiple times (and this is my fault, not the case's lol). I've dropped it in pools, sinks, and even a toilet.. not once did it hurt my phone. My phone is still in brand new condition. The protective screen does eventually scratch up, but like I said before, my phone goes thru quite a bit in a day, so it is only to be expected. It doesn't effect the use of the phone any. There is only one Con I have with this phone, and it's that sometimes people have a hard time hearing me, but I do speak quietly as it is. Also some chargers and headphone jacks may not fit with the case on, but I didn't have a problem finding one's that do fit. I wish they made these cases for more styles of phones, my boyfriend could really use one too lol.

This case is waterproof and sturdy. I read the reviews about terrible feedback, echoing and sound distortion when talking on the phone, but I thought it wouldn't happen to me. It happens to me. I either have to talk on the phone using bluetooth, headphones, or take the case off to stop the listener from hearing echos and feedback. It's a bit of a hassle.

I really like this case. I love the screen protection. I bought 2. One for my 9 y.o. one for me. Works great. It is very tight. Very water resistant.

I love the case itself. It is very well secured from water and is great for preventing damage when dropped. BUT it does prevent sound from escaping when listening to anything including phone conversations on speaker. It makes the case vibrate and causes the person you are talking to to hear echoing and sometimes back feedback. This is an unfortunate problem because it would be an amazing product if this problem were fixed.

I am disappointed, as my pink case does not have the pink trim on the front, as advertised. I bought a turquoise one too, and it came as advertised.

Overall great case, waterproof, works great for to protect phone. Case can be a little slippery, added a pop socket for easy handling. Definently recommend this case to protect your phone.
