The chair I have in my office is a piece of **** it was fine for a few months and in a year it was incredibly uncomfortable and even painful to sit on. But I got laid off not too long ago so getting a new chair is unfortunately not a priority. So I did some research on sitting pillows and came across this one And wow the difference was immediate. My chair is so bad that sitting on it was doing damage, it was hard to stand up out of it, it would make my butt numb, and my tailbone ache and tingle. Whenever I stood up I had to do that cliche hands on my back stretch to straighten back out to stand upright. My back was hurting in ways it never did before and my neck pain was getting worse, I work from home and other than going to the gym my hobbies also include me being at a desk so I spend a lot of time in the chair (10-15 hours) I got this pillow and gave it a go, 24hours later I felt way better, my back pain started going away, my neck pain dulled to where it’s supposed to be, and I was able to stand up out of my chair again. I love this thing, I very much still need a new chair but for now this is a cheaper alternative that’s working great It’s comfortable too which is a bonus, I only have 1 minor complaint and 1 is more of a suggestion My complaint is the rough mesh material, if you sit on it without pants on it’s really scratchy, so I always feel it’s necessary now to put my shorts on before I sit down. Not sure what id replace it with though since it is pretty durable material. Suggestion: get sticky Velcro strips that you can cut and place on the pillow and your chair, the pillow doesn’t slide around when I’m sitting, but whenever I get up it shifts and sitting back down I have to sort of grab it and adjust while I’m sitting so it’s in the right spot since my chair has the little winglets on the seat edge

Incredibly comfortable it has good ventilation so it does not make me hot! It’s nice and thick so it doesn’t slide around much. Secure fit including the backside of it! I chose the size extra large to make sure it encompassed my posterior well. ( woman size 12-16 pants) I could not be any happier with it! This item takes pressure off of my coccyx, thighs and hips which in turn maredly lessens my low back pain‼️‼️

This is a well made cushion, very comfortable for the seat of my car. My vehicle sets very low and I wanted something to give me a boost up in the seat. It raises me in the seat a couple of inches and works great!

Upon opening this thing, and sitting in it, for the very first time; I was instantly in love with it! Such great support (especially in the tail bone area) AND such comfort, to boot! I thought: "For once; great support AND great comfort, instead of the infamous "one OR the other", which is often the case with these type of things. But, over time, the cushion is now "not so much" (but STILL VERY GOOD, though!), and the support has also diminished somewhat. But what impresses me, the most, is how this thing stays in place, whereby I don't have to keep adjusting it, every time I sit in it, or shift my weight during sitting... Now; as far as any "pain relief", I cannot judge that, because my type of pain cannot be cured by a mere seat, chair, or supplemental device, such as this one or any other. So with that said; let's just stick with the specific areas of "cushion/comfort" and "support". At the VERY least; I'd give those categories four (4) stars. As a whole, taking the very affordable price into consideration, I must generously give this puppy FIVE (5) FULL STARS!!! Try it for yourself, for at least enough time, before your return-eligibility runs out, and then decide, for yourself, whether you're going to keep it, or not. My bet is that you'll keep it; as I'm doing.

I ended up returning this 1 day after receiving it, and I thought I'd write a review to let others know why. The quality of this pad is high, so it's not that. The size is great too, as well as the comfort level of the softness of the cushion for your sitting bones. My butt hurt less as I tried it for 8 hours straight. Except my tailbone... My issue is with the O-shaped tailbone opening. (I had a tailbone injury years ago so it bothers me.) I find the opening is placed too far forward, so my tailbone hits the pad not the opening. Many cushions for sale on here have a long U-shaped tailbone opening that doesn't close in the back, and now I see why. The other thing is that the little back cushion separates my lower back from the supportive back of my office chair, making relaxing against the back of my chair feel awkward, because I have to arch backward. If this was my only issue, I probably would have kept the cushion because of its softness and quality. Maybe I'm just too small-framed for this design (5'1", 120 lbs). Hope this helps others.

I purchased two of these for the front seats of my Mercedes C63S. It’s a V-8 with a great ride, but it tends to have a little too much vibration which sports cars are known for. I was hesitant to buy the car because I knew it was going to be an issue for my butt and back, but I really wanted to see if I could fix the problem and still have the car of my dreams! I tried several cushions and they all helped, but this one was the best of all of them. It’s a great shock absorber and very comfortable to sit on. I purchased the larger size and it fits the car seat well. It doesn’t slip around or twist when I get in and out of the car. I got 2 because sometimes, I’m the passenger as my husband loves to drive the car too! I’m very happy with the quality of the cushion and would recommend it to anyone who has coccyx and back pain and can’t take the vibration of a car. I hope this review helps others looking for a solution for comfort in a car - try it, it works!

I received my new pillow today and put it on my mesh office chair. At first glance, I liked its shape. However, two things immediately caught my attention. Firstly, the pillow is quite big for my backside, but it compresses significantly once you sit on it. Secondly, it could be firmer, but it does have a nice cushioning effect of about 1 inch once sat on. It is less firm than a medical pillow. I will update you on my experience using it at work over the next week or so, and share my conclusion. I think it would be better to look for something that provides more firmness and cushioning if you want real support. !!EDIT!! I have been using this cushion for about a week or so and it has made a major difference! Not only to my posture but my back has stopped hurting after an 8-hour office job. I still say it is not as firm as I would have liked but it is good for its price, arrived without delay, and folds in half for easy transport. The mesh unzips for easy cleaning (beware of the zipper it will catch the material when trying to re-zip). Would recommend but this is not a medium or firm cushion I would rate it as soft.

Ayant de gros problème de circulation du sang au niveau du fessier... vous m'aurez compris... je cherchais de quoi me soulager. SANS - Je reste assis longtemps sur mon fauteuil de bureau, après quelques heures la douleur se fait sentir ! AVEC - Je peux rester assis aussi longtemps que je veux, je sens une grande différence et je n'ai plus de douleur. Je ne peux que valider sans problème que ce produit est très très bon ! Je confirme également qu'il s'agit d'un mémoire de forme. Il est indiqué sur cela redresse le dos... bon là c'est un peu pour la pub mais si vous ne vous redressez pas de vous même ce n'est pas un coussin qui va le faire pour vous.

Love this. I use it in my car everyday. Well worth the money for sure. Great for those travelling on long trips and good for those who have had a hip replacement.
