Mind changed
Usually cynical about this kind of stuff, but it arrived only a week ago and I’m really enjoying it. Already it’s got me thinking in ways I wasn’t expecting, and my sales team will be getting copies for Xmas. The podcast changed my life, this is a good addition.

Over hyped and under delivered :(
I’ve been journaling for years and after hearing the hype for this journal, I thought I’d give it a go to add some structure to my journaling. I just feel super underwhelmed with it to be quite honest. It says it’s a daily journal, and whilst it has 7 ‘parts’ to complete per week, it just comes across like they were desperate to give you 7 things so that it could be called a daily journal. I say this because the first 3 are always super simple and quick. So it wouldn’t make sense to complete one and then return the next day, especially as they feel related.I think they could have followed journals like the 6 minute diary which provides real quality prompts and questions that get you thinking for that day.I’m grateful for the knowledge and collection of quotes, but yeah it’s just feeling like a rushed piece of work that promises so much but doesn’t deliver. Thanks for the effort though

Very accessible and clever.
I found this an excellent book. Very accessible and clever, not all patronising and I'm sure will help me find my own high performance. A perfect companion to 'High Performance: Lessons from the Best on becoming Your Best'. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Disappointing
Given the fine podcast and superb book , this journal is very disappointing , it has a feel of copy and paste from other journals and a quick monetisation of the peak performance brand . Save you money and don’t buy

Bought as a pressie
Bought for my son as a pressie as he listens to Jake’s podcast and he was very pleased with how it is set out. He is very driven so this suits his personality
