I knew from the reviews that this was hit or miss. Unfortunatly it didnt work for me. It did increese my blood pressure to dangerous levels!!! Please be aware and check if you are taking these.

Nit worked for me weight wise not lost anything despite following the same diet as I eat the exact same foods everyday

I was abit skeptical at first about these diet pills but though I'd give it ago, and I'm so glad I did! I hit a wall in my dieting and wasn't losing anymore weight, I've taken these for a while now and they have helped me lose a further 3stone, 4.5stone in total, they curb your appetite and stop you from snacking, I took these along side a calerie counting diet of only 900caleries a day, no exercise needed, they really do work, 13.7 stone down to 9 stone, I hope this helps anyone

Yet to try but annoyingly it's all in Spanish so trying to find instructions in English online. Would have been easier and cheaper to get from a local pharmacy... unless you can speak Spanish.

I been on these ever since middle of June 2023 and I have exercise bike sauna suits top and bottoms & a fat burner powder I put in water & drink every night before bed i’ve got on the scales in August this year lost a stone only two more to go I use my bike four times a day for a hour each time I love this product and the others I have are definitely recommend it for anyone as to say I’m disabled so I do a lot of pushing to do what I have to do. I haven’t been on the scale since August but can see the weight loss will get on the scales soon just thought I’d wait a bit longer as only had two stone to lose after August so my hope when I weigh myself is that I lost the two stone till then I’ll keep doing what I am working out eating healthy if I a disabled person can do it anyone can I’m in pain every day so extra pain after workouts doesn’t bother me I push through my pain to get where I need. So honestly if you put in the effort it is possible and with these pills they do have more than anybody thinks I do this because with my terrible palsy, it’s not good to be overweight. It hurts my body more and makes it more difficult to move.
