Factory contacted me and I explained that the unit did not work on receipt due to a blown fuse. They compensated me fairly for having to go buy another fuse. The did the right thing and I would buy from them again.Unit was DOA. After buying a replacement fuse (a 10 cent fuse that cost $7), unit worked. Note: this thing will run you out of the house, plan on using only while you are out.Note to vendor- throw in an extra 10 cent fuse to save your customers the hassle and expense of replacing it.

Had to order it to my in-laws in VA because california stupid prop 65 but they can’t take care of the homeless 🙄 Use it four times after it stopped working.The first 3 times I used it for a hours each the 4th time it stopped working then after unplugging it it was still making a strange sound as if the motor was still going.The odor is fine just make sure to air your home out really good after. Great for pet odor but it’s a forever solution. More for bathrooms and closets than large spaces.

My company, Arizona Vacation Rental Service, cleans Airbnbs. After some guests checked out we discovered that they smoked marijuana inside the home. This home is a smoke-free property and it was against the rules. We called the company we usually use to come out and do their smoke eliminator service. Unfortunately, they are no longer in business. So, we had to attempt to do this ourselves with the homeowner's permission.We took the following steps (3-day process). On the first day, we cleaned the entire home as normal. Then, I personally went in and wiped down everything with vinegar water (75% vinegar & 25% water in a spray bottle). Additionally, using the vinegar spray solution I sprayed down anything fabric (e. g. all furniture, chairs, sofa, throw pillows, and all area rugs). The home has wood floors with area rugs throughout. We let this sit for 24 hours in the home. This same day I ordered the ONAMOR ozone machine (22000 mg/h).The next day the ozone machine arrived in the afternoon along with some Zorb Odor Remover that I also purchased on Amazon. I took both with me to the property and used the Zorb Odor Remover and sprayed everything per its instructions (same process as when I used the vinegar water solution). The marijuana smell was still present but not as prevalent as the day before so the vinegar solution helped. I followed the direction of this ONAMOR Ozone Generator (22000 mg/h) and set it to run on the 180 minutes timer. The home is 2300 sq ft but thought it couldn't help to use it on the full setting (which is designed to work on homes up to 4000 sq ft). I put the warning hanger, that came in the box, on the front door and let the homeowner know that no one should enter the property for 24 hours. I left.I came back the following day and the house smelled neutral. No more smells of any kind. The marijuana smell was completely gone. There was no Ozone smell as it had plenty of time to turn off (after 3 hours on the timer) and dissipate throughout the home via the A/C Unit running. If there had been an Ozone smell, then I would have followed their instructions that say to open up windows for a minimum of 4 hours to let the air clear out.This Ozone machine paid for itself and we are happy with the results. I hope this review is helpful to some. I'm sure your results will vary compared to mine but this was our experience.

As a realtor, this is great for a vacant home with pet odors or smoke coated walls. It tames the odors better than those weak ones found at most places. It is too strong to use if someone is occupying the space.

Product seemed well made and worked fine until it didn't. Just stopped working one day after 4 uses in my dining room. Outside the return window it's a pretty brick now.

Way to much ozone is generated, do not be in the area when this is running.
