Well made. Good leather.
Kinda wish I had ordered a half size down but they might have been too small in the toe. My regular size fit great at first. Very comfortable. They’ve broke in a lot. To the point of being loose. I cut some foot boards out of cardboard and put the insoles in over them. Perfect fit most of the day but I noticed them loosening up again. The leather stretches a lot. Next step will be a trip to Tandy for some veg tan leather to cut better footboards. Still with all that I love the boots. With all the rain we’ve had lately I’ve had to wade through plenty of water better than ankle deep and these boots just shed it right off. Great traction too. No regrets.

Great Boot!
For years I have bought Brazos wellingtons that last 4-5 years until the leather and soles wear out. These boots are heavier and better constructed with a more durable welt and sole. I've used them for ranch work and hunting for a couple of years and they still look new with a good brushing and the soles are hardly worn ... and they're very comfortable.

Best Boot By Far
I have been wearing these boots for a long time and recently I was foolish and purchased a pair thinking they would be better!! Well I was completely wrong!!! These boot are the most comfortable, durable, and can't beat the price. I wear these to work and just about everywhere I go, I absolutely love them and the only thing I do is change the insoles and then they're perfect. But I have learned my lesson and will never buy another boot besides these..( Okay an update, I just purchased my 2nd pair a yr later and still feel the same about these boots... I absolutely love Georgia farm and ranch boots, I stand on concrete floors just about 7 out of 10 hour days and they are amazing. The only thing I do is change the insole out and away i go no break in blisters sore feet absolutely nothing. And I just about wear these boots everyday no matter what I am doing grocery store or just kicking around i have them on and i l love my Georgia boots....

Good Boots
I wear a 8.5 in Mens shoes usually. The Wellingtons, no matter what brand always is one size off. The 7.5 fits me pretty good. I put some tongue cushions in them to prevent heel slop. They look sharp with jeans and my cowboy hat. I had a hot spot in my ankle area on my right side but with a little break in and some mink oil they soften up and break in. They darken up nicely with the mink oil. I would buy them again over my Golden Fox Wellingtons which I like as well. But I like these more

Love it
This is my first foray into the world of Georgia boots. I bought it for mucking around the farm and fields. It was very comfortable without any break in period. It's water resistant and cleans up easily. Wondering how I missed this jewel all these years

Georgia Waterproof System?
The good stuff: I really like the look of this boot. It has a soft exterior texture and a good firm "wrap your foot" kind of fit. (Side Note: The boots and my feet did have to come to a gentleman's agreement on who would give in first, though. We both ended up adjusting a little. The boot stretched a bit, and my feet toughened up a bit.) The sole is great. Just the right firmness while still giving a comfortable, cushioned walk. The not so good stuff: As is obvious from the photos, they are advertised as waterproof under the Georgia Waterproof System. Also obvious... they are not waterproof. I spend a lot of time outdoors, and this season has been a good one for dew on the grass. It became apparent pretty quickly that the "system" does not work. Would I buy these boots again? Probably not, even though I do like the fit. If you don't intend to get in wet conditions, this boot could be perfect for you!

I love how comfy these boots are. I use them for work as a farm boot and for riding motorbike. I love that I can easily slip them on without a bunch of laces, they fit snug, and I can also put my pants over the top to keep dirt out of the inside of my boot because if that happens I want to turn arpund and scream at whoever is occupying the space nearest to me. The sole itself is soft enough to provide good shock absorption and comfort, but I change out insoles to what I'm used to anyways. One of the first things I did was chop off the small 1/4" heel. I've found that my feet like flat bottom boots and a heel causes me discomfort regardless how big it is or what boot or shoe it's on. I chop them off using a stationary bandsaw and belt sander if need be... i havent felt the need to cut treads in yet. *I'm almost 5months in with this boot and bought another set for backup, or maybe I'll use them as a nicer dress boot until I wear the first set out. Either way, after having been through many, many different boots in the past, I'd like to think I know a good boot when I have one, and in my opinion, these are great.

Sizing does not seem to line up to what I am use to,

Exactly as described. A nice boot for the money. My usual shoe size is 9.5 and that is what I ordered. I did order the wide fit as I do have a larger bunion on one foot.
