Great replacement for the one I lost!
Its a power cord, not much I can say other than it works!

I suggest you get the original cord replacement - Braun
This cord resolved the issue for the shaver. But, alarmingly, it did not start the cleaning base right away. The base would buzz but then quit right away. I unplugged the cord for 30 seconds and the unit reset itself. When I replaced the cleaning fluid and pushed the start button it worked like a charm. Try the reset before investing in a new cleaning base.
