Fun eco-friendly puzzle
This puzzle from EUGY, a unique twist on the flat laying interconnected pieces version, is a fun way for a child (or adult) to spend 30-60 minutes off the grid. This one is nice because it's symmetrical. But the nice thing about these is they are easy to assemble, provide instructions, and are eco-friendly without any plastic. They make an inexpensive room decor item and provide some nice non-video screen entertainment.

Fun Puzzle
This is a really solid little puzzle. You can use for display or even as a paperweight in an office once completed. There were a few hiccups with some of the smaller pieces. You might need some tweezers to help with those. I’d say the age 6 range it lists might be a little young for this puzzle as it has very small pieces and needs to be lined up properly. I would gift more for a preteen and up of giving as a gift. But it comes with the glue needed for the project.

Looks like it will be a hit with the grandkids
We opened this to examine it and now we can’t wait for the grand kids to visit. They will love this. We love that it includes little snippets of information about gorillas that the girls will encounter as they punch out the pieces. It looks like a manual version of 3-D printing as the application of additional layers eventually makes a 3-D model. It looks like they have several dozen other characters that the kids will probably be begging for. Uh Oh! : )

The cutest little ape I've ever seen! One of the more involved Eugy projects.
I'm personally someone that's not usually a huge fan of apes, but I really enjoy Eugy paper puzzles, and this one is no exception. Even I can't deny how absolutely adorable this little guy is, and I'm so impressed by the amount of detail on this gorilla. The mouth of the finished gorilla has molars, canines, and incisors, he has little ridges for his nostrils, and distinct little toes, and curled fingers! The big, shiny black eyes add a cuteness factor. This gorilla is what I'd rate as 'intermediate' when compared to some of the simpler Eugy models, such as the bee. The overall concept is still easy to follow, however. Each piece of the gorilla has a guideline that shows you how to slot the pieces together. You adhere the pieces together with the included glue. I always find myself impressed by how quickly the glue dries, and how well the pieces are adhered together by it. The gorilla has areas that are a bit more delicate to work with, primarily the arms. Additionally, it has two inner cardboard 'supports' rather than one. This project took me a bit longer to complete than some of the others; I'd say the 30 minutes it states is accurate. The finished project is impressively sturdy; It had a bit of weight to it, and almost feels like it's made of solid wood! While I wouldn't recommend these figures as toys for very young children, I think school-age children, teenagers, and adults could play with this gorilla like a toy without a risk of damaging it.Overall, I would highly recommend this Eugy gorilla if you're looking for an easy and relaxing project that leaves you with a cute figure that's fun to play with and display afterwards. I only wish that these figures were a bit more affordable, since I'd really love to get a whole collection!

Cool!
This comes nicely packaged and would make a very nice stocking stuffer. Nice cut outs that create a cool 3D figure that will last. Highly recommend as a gift or for yourself!

Be aware: the addiction is real!
I was delighted to see this puzzle pop up on Amazon; I have used Eugy animal puzzles as a stocking stuffer for years! Kids (and, let's face it, adults!) love to collect things and my kids and I all love these little animals. They come ready to pop out of the cardboard, include the glue dots for mess free construction, and provide frustration free fun every time. Tip - if you do happen to encounter trouble, Eugy has YouTube videos for every build available to walk you through! My kids ages 7 - 12 have all enjoyed building these, time range to complete varies from 30 minutes to 1 hr based on the kid and the difficulty level. As for this gorilla in particular? My son says he is one of the easier ones he has put together because he is symmetrical on both sides - not all of them are. Color wise he's not the most exciting - I get more excited about parrots and chameleons - but if you have a gorilla fan, like I do, they will be delighted with this little build and his cute little beady eyes (see photo!)You could argue that most importantly, you will end up with a small and (somewhat?) tasteful display treasure - a nice break from some of the garish and bright plastic that children accumulate. I also like they are realistic models and hopefully provide a bit of familiarity with all the animals out there in the big wide world. My only complaint? Once you build one you just might want to build another. Which can lead to another... and pretty soon you're pondering the entire set of eighty - or, at least, you child is!

20-30 Minutes of Monkeying Around and You've Got Yourself a Gorilla
This is such a cute little puzzle. It's not actually very puzzling. It's pretty straight forward. Slide and glue the pieces into place for about 20 to 30 minutes and you've got yourself a little gorilla. Is a cardboard gorilla any more powerful than a paper tiger? But I digress. It comes with quite a generous supply of glue. Had about 75% left when done. Next one of these puzzles I'll go heavier on the glue and try to use it all up.The eyes were probably the most fun part.
