EX AD-6 Analog Delay Pedal

Great overall build quality ..I've had this delay pedal for over a year now and it's been through a fair amount of abuse from frequent use and hauling it around giggs/practice and it still works perfectly fine.And as for the the sound... It does what a delay pedal is meant to do and it does it's job very well. For that price, it's a great option especially if you're trying to build a budget pedalboard. That's why I got and I'm glad I did. On a side note the level nob should always be cranked to 100 because anything below that will actually be reducing your signal so it doesn't really work as a booster.

I was a professional musician for +50 years. We traveled, recorded, had five costume changes, our own light, sound, and special effects systems (REAL CO2 fog - not that nauseous smoke generator nonsense), Had all the audio toys as well. I used an original Les Paul tape echo unit at first, then added an EchoPlex for those effects. Those analog tape systems simply could not be replicated by a digital foot pedal. Oh, the digital units "work" - but don't have the range and overall ability I enjoyed with the older systems. One could purchase new tape which I always carried with me. Digital replaced that but I feel it still doesn't reach the tonal and frequency abilities of analog. My two cents.

I ordered a defective pedal didn't work they sent me another one that did. For the price you will not complain. I also bought the noise gate by this company that works great as well as the price. The only thing I don't like is there is no option to using a battery so you will need a wall adapter. I use the 8link with this a wah pedal and the noise gate so far so good. Im so satisfied I will buy other products made by this company and recommend them to everyone wanting good quality sound for a reasonable price!

It does the job - no frills. I have the feeling that the sound gets much too color from this effect though. It's good that the delay dial is larger, but the other controls are a bit too tiny to calibrate with accuracy.

Overall a nice little delay pedal. I paid $21 for it and wouldn't spend a penny more. When the pedal is on, it works great. Doesn't introduce any static, doesn't affect tone, knobs are responsive and has a tall ceiling for adjustments. However, and this is a big however, it is clearly audible when you turn it on through your system. It will give you a bit of static when the button is pressed. It will also give you static if you touch it with bare skin which leads me to believe that the wiring is less than great.Overall this is a good little pedal for use at home for practice or a first delay pedal. As I stated before, $21 is the most I would pay for this pedal. Anything more and there are better options with many, many more reviews.

Works great! Gigged with it twice and so far no issues! I'm using the "one spot" power supply with a daisy chain and it's very quite and sounds good. For the price it can't be beat (although other delays do sound a bit better, but live, no one can tell the difference anyways)
