First of all, the customer service is amazing! My wife and I have this fan and another OFANTOP fan for two years in the condo that we rent. One of our renters inexplicably smashed the remote to one of the fans. We look hign and low for a replacement remote to the fan, we didn’t realize that we should have just gone back to Amazon and clicked on contact info for OFANTOP customer service. To keep our renters happy we purchased another OFANTOP fan, while opening the replacement fan we saw in the installation instructions a leaflet that said if you have any troubles with your fan, (i.e. lost, remote,replacement parts.etc) please contact us. Man! I really wish I kept the paperwork with the original fan. I contacted them and told them about my situation and they got back to me right away. They said that they would send a remote replacement for what I consider a very nominal fee of $30. I can’t say enough of what a pleasure it was with their customer service!Now, about the fans! They are beautiful! I get a lot of comments on how beautiful the condo looks! I have one of your fans in my kitchen, which moves a lot of air, and the dim of all light really sets off the kitchen! The other fan is located in the living room with arched 20 foot ceilings, this is the fan that the review is about. It moves an incredible amount of air for that room being 20 feet high! Both are incredibly quiet, you don’t even know it’s on. I would highly recommend these fans be at a rental or your home! You won’t be disappointed!

I am very happy with the fan, it is stylish and easy to use. It also has many options for the light selection. my son loves it and uses it every night to go to sleep, it works quietly. I bought 3 of these and installed one of them in my son's bedroom as we are waiting on the downrod extensions for the other 2 to be hung in the living room. The fan is sleek and modern looking, it works quietly, and the remote control is easy to use. It is also easy to install as my electrician did not have any issues installing it. highly recommend the product. Also the customer service at Ofantop is very responsive and quick to return emails into our inquiry about the downrod extensions.

This fan was the perfect replacement for our bedroom. It was a little difficult to install, but once we got it up it is great. It works very well, good air flow to the room, has a remote, is quiet and can be connected to Alexa. All positives. It also has a clean modern look. It is on the larger side so I would recommend for a bigger bedroom (although I think it does come in different sizes).

This fan was delivered on time and in excellent condition. The fan material is sturdy and has a proportionate amount of weight for the item. Installation was relatively easy with basic knowledge of fan installation. Once installed the fan looks great installed and works as described. The air movement in the room is very appreciated. Plan on buying two additional fans in the future.

Very silent and looks sleek, everyone is right about the little twitch when starting up but that’s fine it’s not a big deal, the fan is almost completely silent when in use and the light has a good amount of brightness to it. The fan is a good compact size making it ideal for low ceilings, the blades are made of plastic and feel pretty sturdy and the motor and housing is not too heavy to be a single person install, only issue I hope they can address is the size of the terminals where the wiring goes, wish they fit a standard sized slotted but for that install you will need a precision screw driver to tighten everything up. Overall it looks and functions great and I will be getting another one for my master bedroom.

Really great addition to our screened in porch. Our old fan didn’t produce enough airflow, this fan is a million times better. Really powerful, great features for the price.

My wife and I are thrilled with this fan. I installed it in a porch we are renovating and it turned out to be a perfect fit for the look we were going for.The blade movement is smooth and quiet. The light allows three colors, including a warm glow. The fan and light are responsive to the remote, and after purchase I received an email letting me know that I can also connect via phone if I were to ever lose the remote.Customer service has been great. During installation I made a stupid mistake and cut some wires (thinking I needed to modify something, which I didn't) ... which left me needing a new small wire connector piece. I was not very optimistic when I emailed OFANTOP customer service, but I received a response within four hours (from Bree) and she said they'd mail out the piece I needed (without charge). After I received the replacement part, I was able to complete installation.Installation is pretty straight-forward, but it might take a few repeat readings to understand exactly what needs to connect to what. Fitting the receiver into the space where it's supposed to go in the body of the fan was a challenge. I had to really force it in and was a little I might damage something while doing so, but I got it to fit, and it works perfectly. We've only had the fan for a few weeks, but so far we are very happy with it.
