Q: Does this hold Bottom Hangers?

What's a bottom hanger? Do you mean a hanger that holds pants and includes clips? Not sure, but wanted to let you know that I love this hanger organizer. I thought it was permanently out of stock, so i am pleased to know that it is again available. Thank you for making me aware of that. I will be buying another one.

Yes it could hold children hangers. The regular size hang over the base slightly, so probably perfect for smaller size.

Q: Can you use velvet hangers on all 4 sides at the same time? I see pictures but the style isn't velvet on all sides. I'm not sure if its a fit issue.

I use all four corners with different style hangers works well for me. I would suggest taking a standard hanger and measure it to one of your velvet hangers. All my hangers are 16 to 17 inches at the bottom and all fit. I have wood suit hangers, plastic hangers, vinyl coated hangers and dress & blouse hangers and all fit very well. Does not roll very well on carpet. Needs larger wheels. Hope this helps some.
