Shelving unit
Wood strong & sturdy but looks like cardboard, does not, will not shine. Enclosure, dark style, gave mine to my son.

Ok, but not the best. Didn’t fit together perfectly.
Some places were not flush when screwed in. Back panels were not straight at all to line up. Thankfully we were able to make our own adjustments to make it work. But I’d recommend looking elsewhere in the future if you are not handyman savvy.

Looks nice and is sturdy, once assembled
Like the appearance and "rigidity" / sturdiness of the finished product.Getting the back properly aligned and tacked down was challenging. There should be a piece of the packing foam which would easily double as supports for the front side of the bookcase during the installation of the back panel, and there should be a piece of the packing foam to use as a gage between the upper and lower pieces of the back. The included "nail holder" tool, which holds the brads in place while installing the back is REALLY CLEVER! It saved a number of hammer / finger collisions during the install process.

WELL-MADE IN AMERICA
Sauder is a family-owned American company! This bookcase was proudly MADE IN THE USA!!!! Assembly is required, but don't let deter you. It wasn't difficult, just time consuming. It's a great rainy day project. I filled the shelves with paperback books. Each shelf holds about 35 paperback books. This bookcase is sturdy & didn't break the bank.

Looks more expensive and sturdy
I ordered 3 of these for office and love them. The mango wood color is beautiful.

Sturdy and nice looking
Nice looking and made well enough for the price

Good brand but this is their cheapest option
I've had several bookcases from Sauder before. I think its worth spending the extra $30-$40 and getting a higher model.... the assembly is easier and sturdier. You get what you pay for.

Not worth the money
Very flimsy and unsteady. Would not recommend. I used a few spare pieces of wood to try and brace it, but it's still quite unsteady. It's fine if you have a few books, but if you want to fill the shelves with books, this thing will fall apart.
