Well packed. Great value. May not be the best diamond plate in the world, but good enough for me, and look like they will last many years.

Only used these a few times but they worked well to get a couple of plane irons and chisels shaving arm hairs and cutting well. Definitely worth it for the price. Only giving 4 stars because not sure about longevity yet.

Bought these because the scary sharp method is dead, long live diamond stones!I also have a sharpal that I use regularly but I've stuck these on a board with a leather strop and they're so convenient.So long as you're aware that manufacturers add extra stones to account for some falling off on first and then use an old chisel for the first use of them as they cut a bit harsh straight out of the packet.Once they're "broken in" though they provide consistent cut and polish levels and my chisels and planes are a joy to use. I use them with a bit of the old WD-40 to remove the swarf and they're basically pristine after very heavy use.I'm sure they won't last as long as the expensive stones but, at this price I'm very happy to buy them again.

I have to say that I was looking forward to sharpening my tools with these but they lost there shadowbox ability fairly quickly. Unfortunately I can now not send them back as they are used. Get good quality tools when sharpening tools
