Q: can i wear this without fogging up my glasses?

I have to pull the mask down below my nose in order to prevent fogging my glasses; sometimes it requires pulling the mask down even below my lips, depending on weather conditions.

not sure about a bike helmet, but I wear mine with my hardhat with no issues
