Best blade on the market
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I was a little hesitant buying this since I’m kind of Diablo guy. But let me tell you the price of this blade and the cutting ability passes my Diablo’s I’ve had in the past. I cut 3 piece 8’ rip of 1/2” 6061 aluminum and I thought for a second I was cutting 7/16 osb. When I wear this blade out I will definitely buy another. I’m currently ordering another 10 for my employees to use as well.

Great Saw Blade
I was pleasantly surprised with this saw blade. It fit perfectly on my miter saw. I used it to cut 2020 extruded aluminum to multiple sizes for a build project I'm doing. Every single cut was very smooth and burr free. It cut through the aluminum with ease, no problem at all. I probably made between 50 and 60 cuts in the first three hours of having it on the saw. I highly recommend this blade, it proved itself right off the bat.

Works, true, half the price of what what is sold locally.
The media could not be loaded. I've cut 1/4 inch aluminum with a 12in chop saw with this kind of blade (red brand from big box store) and keeping it clamped is a must to reduce noise and to make a clean, safe cut. Ripping it was a little more sketchy. Lots of noise and vibration. Clean cut but not as good as the chop saw. That may also be the bearings on a 20yld portable table saw. Worked fine, never bucked if I didn't keep the part square to the guard. Makes a huge mess which is typical. Part was cool. Used WD 40 as lube but probably didn't need it. Makes the chips stick to everything. Only needed to make 8 cuts so can't attest to longevity. My truck bed slide is almost done so I doubt I'll ever use it again to find out how long it lasts. Worth it for the few times I'll need it. Now for the welding. FYI, tig welding doesn't work well outside in a breeze if you don't have much experience. The arc follows the gas. Gas blows all over. Need a tent to finish this off

Cuts thru aluminum like butter…
Wow, cuts like butter!!! I used this blade to cut a 4x6” crossbar. I had to cut down my Billiebars to fit the T-slot mounts. Bars are heavy and thick! No issues, went slow and the blade did its thing!Highly recommend!

Great blade, nice cuts with a great price
Great blade. Used for extruded aluminum. Nice clean cuts, looks like it will last a long time as I've made a ton of cuts with no degradation of sharpness.

Cuts 2020 Extruded Aluminum Cleanly - Recommended !
Purchased to cut 2020 extruded aluminum using a miter saw. Great cuts, very impressed for the price. Works far better than 80-tooth fine cut blade.

7-1/4-Inch 60 Tooth TCG Aluminum and Non-Ferrous Metal Blade - Works as advertised
Worked beautifully cutting extruded aluminum deck railing. Maybe not like a hot knife through butter, but certainly as good as a sharp steak knife through a good filet. No filing of the cuts was needed. Made roughly 40 cuts (two shown in the photo). The blade lost no teeth.

Cut through aluminum extrusion with ease
Purchased this 12 inch saw blade to mount on Dewalt 12 inch chop saw. Need to shorten a by pass door track fit in a doorway. Made sure the teeth of the blade were mounted in the correct orientation. Also made sure that the track was secured to the chop saw table while cutting.....very important. Started the saw and slowly cut through the aluminum extrusion. No problem. Cut was smooth and I was very pleased with result. Will need to cut through several other tracks in the near future. I don't plan on using this blade in a production unit, or for an extended period of time, but for the tasks that I needed to get done, this blade did what I need for it to do. Well worth the money.
