That’s a good thing, you know exactly what you’re getting and there’s no proprietary blends or any garbage like that. I have yet to use it, because I am finishing up my old bottle. It makes it incredibly difficult to mix the product and you really don’t want that.

This is the type of product I would like to see more of. I'm sick of walking into some well known supplement shops and seeing all these flashy pre-workout bottles claiming to have the latest and greatest ingredients, that have little to no research on them. It's all a marketing scheme to get uneducated people to buy their products. That's why I like this product. They put together a solid pre-workout with only ingredients that are tried and true. It blends well, and tastes great. What more could you ask for?

I have been using this I drink this for 4 months. I drink it every morning before heading out to the gym. I am there pretty early so I have found this drink really gives me energy and stamina. I am no stranger to weight lifting but for the first time in years I am seeing significant change in my strength training and muscle mass.

I’ve been wanting something better for my workouts and I haven’t gone to anything else since. The energy, focus and performance overall that I get from it is amazing. Now it’s all I ever recommend to anyone that talks about needing something more or better for their workouts. When I’m in the gym I like to give at least my 100% and this ensures that I’m able to do that and more. Shipping was very fast and the taste is incredible. The transparency in their ingredients is also something I really, really appreciate.

This has been my go to for years. Super clean energy and isn’t full of garbage. It’s rare for a pre workout to have only 6 ingredients and still deliver the way this does. You can’t go wrong with craq! Also the taste is incredible! I get a consistent pump every time I use it. I don’t ever feel like I need to double up on the scoops. Even after being on it for weeks at a time!

It seems just as effective as all other PWO's, but the flavor I got is not the most pleasing.

Best pre workout ever

I’ve been working out consistently for about 4 years and I’ve tried every pre workout available. This is by far the most effective, clean, and best tasting pre pre out there. Happy with the purchase. I even take it to work since i Work overnights and take half a scoop and it gets me through the shift without any drag.
