Accurate and well worth the money

This is an amazing set of tools with a few serious flaws. I'm not in the field anymore, I run an HVAC business so these are in my truck for long periods of time between use. When used, they're great. Two major issues. The batteries for the thermometers die. I have another Fieldpiece thermometer that I really like, but the batteries on that tool are always dead when I pull it out of the truck, when I need it. I have multiple Fluke products and their batteries seem to last forever. As in a decade. My Fieldpiece tools often need new batteries, despite the tools rarely being used. This is a nuisance.My next major gripe are firmware updates. Similar to the battery issue, but even more time consuming. The past few times I've pulled these from the truck, the app refused to work until I updated the firmware for all the tools. this is not a quick process. Why so many firmware updates, and why the tools don't work without the updates is beyond me.When these work, they're really great. The time required to keep up with batteries and firmware updates is a real drag.I use MeasureQuick app with this tool.

Absolutely love these, it makes working on refrigeration systems a breeze, the one thing I do wish came with them were charging tees but other than that great product!
