I purchased this along with freak show by 5% nutrition and I do have to say that I have lost fat on my midsection notable and it's been only 2 weeks. I don't know if it's the turkesterone or the freak show or both paired up but there is definitely a difference in my body composition. I am exercising 5 times a week with eccentric and concentric variations with muscle building exercises and can say that I have grown considerably and feel good. There are absolutely no side effects from either supplement as I was initially worried since I'm sensitive with supplements if my body doesn't like it so that's good. I'll come back in 3 weeks to update my end of cycle status but so far I am growing pretty well. If I had to put a time table on the gains I made on the stuff VS all natural I'd say it's take about 3 months to get what took me 2 weeks to get.
