Nice study spatula
It’s called a lasagna server, but I just use it like a regular spatula (I don’t even eat that much lasagna). What I really like about it is the design — no joint or welded pieces like other metal spatulas that eventually come loose. It’s smooth, solid, and feels like it’ll last forever. Super sturdy and easy to clean. Honestly, just a great all-purpose tool.

Perfect
Love this lasagna server. Never had one as nice and sturdy as this one. The edge cuts nicely too. Easy to clean sticky cheese off. Can be used for serving other casseroles as well.

A worthy successor
10+ years ago, I bought an OXO turner, and I've used it almost daily - it's great. They no longer make it, but this is the next best thing. This is slightly larger (probably a better size for most uses) and has a steel handle rather than a rubber handle. I liked the old rubber handle, but it's starting to die where the rubber connects with the steel; I'm not sure if it's the glue or the rubber, but there's some black goo on the metal now. Knowing that, I've started switching to all-steel tools like this one.I wish they wouldn't call it a "lasagna server" because it's much more versatile than that. I think it's the best turner they sell today, for home use. (The outdoor ones also look good, for grilling. The "restaurant turner" is probably not what you want - it's massive.)If you want a great all-purpose turner for cooking (flipping burgers and sides, scooping, whatever) I'd highly recommend it.

High quality serving spatula
I purchased three of these serving spatulas for a family reunion luncheon to serve lasagna and manicotti. They were the perfect size in width and length (2 1/2" spatula width x 4 1/2" length from top of spatula to handle x 10 5/8" total length). This spatula gets a 5 star rating for size and especially for quality. I love that the handle molds seamlessly into the spatula which makes it much more durable and very easy to clean. The handle is rounded making it very comfortable to handle. I highly recommend this serving spatula.

Perfect for portioning out deep casseroles
Although it's tempting to call this a spatula, it is indeed a "server". One might expect a spatula of the same size to be somewhat flexible; this server is stiff by design. It is meant to serve up food that you have already cooked. I personally make a lot of casseroles, and I had been needing a server about this size. The flat portion of this server is somewhat large compared to what I might serve up as a typical portion size. That's fine for me, because my casseroles tend toward being "deep dish". The extra length of the flat portion of this server makes it easier to extricate a single portion of a deep casserole. This server is shiny; I presume the steel would scratch if it encountered an abrasive cleaning tool. It is very easy to clean in the dishwasher. The weight of this server is perfect, and the handle has just the right amount of heft in comparison to the total weight. Sometimes a handle that looks chonky disappoints, because the handle is lighter than it looks like it should be. This server's handle is just right.

Works well
Bigger than I thought it would be. But my fault for not paying closer attention really. It does what spoons do.
