Very pleased with. these. Sturdy and hold two separate gates I built. Good value too.

Good heavy duty
Good product,Only gripe is the strength of the bolts supplied, could have used stronger ones (which we did) however the wheel & spring mechanism is really good

Perfect to help support a heavy wooden gate
I bought these and got a handyman to put them on my double gates which had previously collapsed in the middle. They have done the job and the gates haven’t collapsed since.

EASY GATES NOW.
I have extra wide, heavy wooden gates and these wheels have stopped them scraping on the ground. All is quiet now too.

HAD TO REMOVE FROM GATE
The wheels are hard. when purchased I thought the wheels would be hard rubber. If you have a relatively smooth drive these will work fine to support the weight of the gates. However in my case the Drive is block paving and the gates electric, did not work well and I had to remove.

Gate wheel support
Support's the weight of the gate

weak bearings and suspension units
Used these for a pair of rolling bi-fold wooden gates weighing approx 50kilos. The suspension strutts seem to be weak and do not actively support the gates while rolling, causing the bearings to be under too much stress and failing after only a couple of months use. May be good for lighter use, but not any heavier duty loads or side loading.
