I am 5'1 and ordered a small. It fits in the waist as expected, and thats fine but sheesh it is sooo short. Like I know it says "mini" but this is major mini skirt. If it was just a smidge longer it would still be considered mini and you wouldn't feel like you're falling out of it. Just know that when you are ordering expect something super small and maybe want to find a diff product...

Fits true to size. I’m 5’4” 125# and bought a small. I wore it for an 80s hair band party and it was perfect. Does not ride up at all, even when dancing.
