I am taking this capulse in place of the powder it's that has so many use. I take 2 capsules daily and I have been taking this for about 2 weeks now with no serious side effects. Neem is known to be nourishing to the skin, hair and cleansing internally. The quality seems good and is as described.

There is no taste to a capsule; I tried Neem a couple of years ago and it seemed too strong--- Using Neem and Tumeric morning and evening has helped indigestion substantially. I saw this on a Ayurvedicyou- tube video by SADHGuru who said that guru's take this every morning -- in little natural lumps-- I am no expert in this area and several doctors tried many different herbals and antibiotics on me to no avail-- but this is working and improved my sleep.

This Neem was no help for my pause skin issues unfortunately. Still on the search for that "Holy Grail" product that's going help my skin. The pills were almost all broken and had a very odd taste and smell.kind of awkward to swallow also.
