Works great
I purchased this as a quick replacement charger for my Toshiba Satellite C855D-S5351 after the original charger unexpectedly stopped working. I've had this new one for about a month and a half and it has worked great so far. It seems heavy duty. I was initially concerned that it fits kind of loosely in the charging port, but it has always stayed in securely. I'd recommend this to others.

I've had a few Adapters that were light weight and the wiring always went bad. I saw this one and it appeared to be heavy duty compared to the ones I had before and the price was basically the same. I bought another one to leave at my office. It's a great price and great quality.

The adapter has saved my laptop and my continuing to create literary pieces. I could not find the old one after the laptop died. After Toshiba repaired it, I could not find the adapter which I did not pack with the laptop. I must have misplaced the old one. This was a perfect fit and has saved on numerous occasions.

It does not (as advertised) fit all the models presented. Be prepared to return it and order another.
