The holes do not line up with any of the provided "adapters". Here is a simple way to check prior to ordering: Does your rotating head have 4 or 5 bolts attaching it? Does it have adjustable slots or holes? If your Simply Shade has 4 bolts (which is the vast majority) you need to be a metal worker to make it work. You will need a 1/2" drill, an impressive tool and die kit, or a neighbor with a welder. Also, it requires a lot of concrete. If you follow the directions, it will take 30+ bags of concrete. For the record, this is the only 1 star review I have ever written.

The welds on the metal ground sleeve were of poor quality and more like tack-welds. The umbrella plate holes do not line up with the 4 holes, only an 1/8 inch, drilled into the ground sleeve. I had to supply my own hardware to attach the plate to the sleeve as it did not come with any. Drilling new holes through hardened steel was not worth it so it went back.

My husband had to drill the proper holes in it to make it fit and that was not easy.
