(From the Family Panel):Honestly, we haven't had any major issues. The knobs are functional, though they could maybe feel a bit more premium. The glass top does show fingerprints, but a quick wipe keeps it looking clean. After using Sunshine Regal Pro Gas Stove for 2 Years I hereby am putting forward this product review.Pros:a. Robust Build quality ensures worry-free usage in long run.b. Price Tag does Justice to the performance of high heat flame.c. Design expresses sophisticated look rather than cheap regular build looks.d. Additional cleaning tool given within Sales Package makes the product stand out preventing compromise in flame due to food substance clogging.Cons:i. One might experience rusting with the burner clamps or Vessel Stand in Long run if regular care is not taken or if there are frequent Liquid Spillage during Cooking.

The bought this stove & commenced using it after installation by an authorised representative on 16th March 2025. Within a week of use, the tray below 1 of the 3 burners pan supports has started rusting. When I registered a complaint with Sunshine, they have communicated that rusting is excluded from the warranty & that this is not a manufacturing defect.Not acceptable that such rusting should take place within 1 week of use. Not acceptable that such rusting is not accepted as a manufacturing defect considering that this rusting has taken place in 1 out of 3 trays & that too within a week of use.Rusting on the surface of a cooking appliance is a completely unacceptable compromise, harmful to food for human consumption & perhaps non-compliant of IS codes under which the appliance may be certified.Have experienced a very defiant approach with the Service team. Poor service with complete unwillingness to share any technical clarification / support or means to escalate the issue within Sunshine.Incidentally they company website & details on Amazon do not provide any details or information on exclusions from the warranty - very misleading marketing & misrepresentation sales.

I purchased a sunshine 4 burner, and it has been performing well. It's easy to clean and so far, I haven't faced any difficulties.
