I love this product! I recieved mine as a gift. I like it so much that I bought this one as a gift for someone else. On Labor Day, 2022, I had a nasty fall -- pulled off a bridge by my dog -- and broke my neck in 3 places. Today, April 2024, everything has been healed for more than a year, but my neck and shoulders get really stiff, fairly often. This heating pad wraps around my neck and shoulders and applies heat to all the right places and quickly relieves muscle stiffness.During the winter, we keep our thermostat turned down and only turn it up in the evenings for a couple of hours. Sitting still and binge watching Netflix or YouTube, sometimes my core gets a bit chilled. I only have to wrap this around my neck and shoulders and turn it on -- set it for 4 for an hour or two -- and suddenly I'm no longer chilled. I often miss parts of episodes because I'll fall asleep because I'm so warm and comfortable.

This is the best heating pad I ever bought. I loved it so much, I am buying another one right now. I hurt my back and this heating pad was my saving grace. It works better than ibuprofen.

After one usage, I can make the following observations:Pros: this heating pad gets warm/hot faster that any other pad that I have owned. The tie around the waist and clasps around the shoulders help keep it nice and snug. The control is very east to use- 3 buttons- on/off; temperature; and length of time- plus a screen to show results. The pad is soft and comfortable.Con: if you want to get up and do an errand or get a drink, etc., you either have to unplug it from the wall or take the pad off completely. The connection to electricity is right on the pad itself and is hard to connect or dis-connect if you are wearing it. It would be great if there was 6" of wire on the pad for easy dis-connection while wearing.

I could hardly wait to get this out of the box to use as I have been dealing with some muscular issues. The buttons reminded me of the plastic buttons on a baby's onesie so I will be careful with those. Blanket heated up fast and hot so watch that.From a professional view; Do not sit on this or lay on it. You will overheat yourself and the Blanket. Do not use over any titanium that you have as it will heat up the metal and be very painful.I only use it for about 10-15 minutes at a time and it does it's job for muscle relaxation. The fabric is nice and cozy. So far very happy with it

I have ve DDD with a lot of back pain. The different settings are great. But now it's not working. You press the button automatically it goes to heat seeing 7 then 3 but doesn't get hot at all. Very disappointed this happened.

This heating pad is so wonderful. I don’t iften give 5 stars for anything. But this heat g pad is so wonderful. 6 heating settings which I like a heating pad to be very hot. I can only use a n a 3 setting. That is way hot. Thw controls are easy to use. The material is soft and great to touch. This pad is so large. It would work for a man very well. I have nothing negative to say. I love it. Bev

I’ve only had the heating pad for 3 days. I’ve used it for many hours to help me with back pain. Works as advertised, easy to use, covers whole back and neck area. Lots of heat settings. Consistent heat throughout the pad. So far I’m loving it and would recommend purchasing it. Definitely a good value for the money.

Bought it feb.2023, it has already quit on me. But I used it very often so I did at least get my money's worth. Love the way it hugged my neck and shoulders. It's not very long in the back though, it only goes just above the lumbar region, but I'm 5'7". So I had to use it and a regular heating pad to cover the lumbar region. Over all it served its nearly daily purpose.

UPDATEAfter my initial review of this item, the company contacted me directly. They were very upset that the product stopped working for me. As a result they offered me a refund or replacement. Based on their wonderful follow up, I decided to try the product again..I received the replacement within a couple of days. It arrived in great shape, no damage to the box or heating pad.I find, because I am not terribly coordinated, that it is easier to put on when standing.I am not a small person, my son is also not small at over 6ft. The heating pad fits great, not too small or tight. The neck has 2 options for size, which is wonderful.There are multiple heat levels and times. This is a really great feature.My fingers are crossed that this replacement will work long term. Based on other reviews, I'm hoping the original issues were an anomaly.ORIGINAL REVIEW -I found the heating pad to be cumbersome to put on. I found the neck area was too low to reach the entire neck.BUT.. The worst thing was the terrible quality. I used the item for a couple weeks semi regularly due to an injury. Didn't use it for a few weeks, went to use it and it wouldn't turn on. So.. for 2 to 3 weeks use, not worth the money! Terribly disappointed.

The models in the pictures must have very narrow shoulders because product doesn't extend that far on me. The neck opening is so small I can only click the last snap. The very high/tall neck is so high that it contributes to not closing completely. It also dries out my hair so I have to keep my hair tied up.However, it is nice & soft & does effectively relax my tense back & shoulder muscles. Overall, a worthwhile purchase if it continues to function correctly.

There is no special heat feature for the neck area and the lower back was the only area that fully heated up to my expectation. Within a month the left shoulder and chest area stopped heating up and then it entirely stopped working one day. Unfortunately the weighted bottom is just a thick seam filled with tiny grains/beads that don't actually weight anything down but do cause lumpy uncomfortable patches. So disappointed. But I will say the fabric was superbplush and cozy.

Good size , covers complete back and shoulders and gives good heat. The adjustable timer is an added bonus

The collar is perfect and it is not too heavy on my shoulders.
