This is the sports car of knee supports. I was getting severe knee pain especially on mountain descents with routes longer than 6 miles. It got to the point that I was hiking and then having to refrain for at least 4 weeks to do another one. After some research it was evident it was ITB syndrome - so I bought one of these for the knee that kept giving me the pain. On first use it was immediately obvious on the huge difference it was making.This was in fact the 2nd one I bought. After completing a 30km+ loop of the Brecon Beacons taking in a large number of summits I pushed my other knee too far and the pain started on that one as well. Now I know that if I wear one of these there is no pain on the descents and the following day will also be usually pain free. They are more bulky than those usual pull on types but it's the velcro straps and the metal strips down the sides that takes a large amount of stress off of your knees.

I've several knee supports and this is the most substantial and has been the best by far, it does mean that it's slightly bulkier than the others but it's worth it. The size guide was correct for me and overall I am very happy with this purchase.

Does the job and will definitely help if you have knee issues but other Neo-G products are better and more comfortable.

Provides good support to your knee and more importantly stays in place. Can be a struggle to remove as it grips the calf quite well

I’m sure it’ll work but was so big if need to wear shorts, returned for a smaller item

It made my pain worse returned it
