So. Im a 35yr male 6 foot 225 I eat very good I dont eat red meat because I have Gout and It gives me flar up's I just went through 2 surgerys on my neck and knee in the last 7 months and gained 15 lbs. Ive been trying so hard to loose the fat!!!!. Rember I eat less then 2000 cal a day for years. So I was watching the Dr OZ show and I saw him talking about CLA and how you only get it from "grass feed cows or milk that is organic" well I don't do eather, so I bought the pills , I have been on them for 7 days I take 4 day befor meals and one at night I have not changed my eating everything is the same , and this morning I'm down to 216.8, The only thing is there big geel pills and the 1st day or 2 you can taste the oils. . I'm not ripped yet lol and and still have little man bobbs LOL will update in the month to come
