Slow to arrive, but well made
My high school daughter loves this lunch box. It holds a small bento box of lunch, a small drink or yogurt, a side, plastic ware, and an ice pack. It's also easy to carry. The zippers are smooth and everything appears to be well made. Not too big or small, cute buttons, too. Shipping from China took a little while, so plan ahead and perhaps screenshot your original Amazon delivery promise when you purchase as I think I was suprised by the time. Tracking had some gaps and I thought it was lost, but customer service was highly responsive and friendly when I asked about it. It ended up arriving sooner than the date they told me. End result: it was fine, and daughter has been very pleased with it. I do wish it were a tad larger, but then, they have a bigger size that we didn't order for whatever reason. As is, this does the job. I just have to be strategic so she gets enough high-protein, filling food.

Nice Lunch bag
The only thing I don't like about this lunch bag is how small it is. However, that is in no way shape or form anyone's fault but mine. It even shares the dimensions but I didn't want a very large lunch bag. It stills fit what I need but I do wish I would have ordered the large. Anyway, the lunch bag is very nice!

Appears easy to clean, no kawaii pins included insulation seems thin, doesn’t close all the way
Haven’t used it yet, however it doesn’t close all the way. When looking at the photos you can see that the zipper ends are just hanging at the sides of the lunch bag. They aren’t sewed down to anything so it leaves about 1/4 gap on both ends of the lunch bag that is open right to the insulated inside where food goes. I am sure that will negatively effect the bags ability to keep food cold even with an ice pack. It did Not come with cute pins. Which is the sole reason my daughter wanted this lunch bag. It seems to be of good size came packed flat. Not sure how durable it will be appears to be flimsy materials. Will update at a later date after use.
