great comfy big cuddly cushion. has side pockets for stashes. 1 big 1 at the back . it is big but for what you use it for it wouldnt be worth it little . this does neck, head, sides, arm rest and warmth so its a winner..

Arms too low & arrives shrink wrapped and so VERY DIFFICULT TO RETURN
This is a really nice item but unfortunately for me the arms are way too low and can only suggest that photo shows tiny person. I have to return this but because the company’s return policy is difficult when the item SIZE IS SO BIG & HEAVY WHERE POST OFFICE WILL NOT ACCEPT & there not being any verifiable PARCEL SHOP/EVRI store within 20+ miles it is a nightmare.

Good quality
I use this for sitting in bed to read or watch tv.I am 5 ft 1 and it suits me fine. Sometimes I unzip the neck cushion part and use it for my lower back when it aches. All in all a good product. Arrived well didn't need to wait for it to expand like some other brands.

Large annoying tag not in photos otherwise ok
Giant tag not seen in any pictures on right hand side (Very annoying) why not put it on the back/in the pocket???Other than that works well and does the job.

Comfortable
Bought this for my daughter who never seems to be able to get comfortable, she can with this, our cats seem to like it too, and she has to hide it from the dog when it's not in use, its a hit all round.

Not fully stuffed
Item arrived on time but unfortunately is missing a lot of the inner stuffing and therefore does not offer the full support that it should. Not firm at all.
