Definitely powerful. The battery lasts a really long time and it comes with a bunch of attachments so I don’t have to dig them out of my junk of a toolbox. They’re all just right in the box it comes in.

May not be the strongest but definitely get the job done for the price and hasnt broke on me yet.

I bought this wrench for my husband and he loves it. It has a lot of power to it, built sturdy, size is perfect, and perfect weight. I love that. It comes with the case and other accessories along with battery charger and backups.

This impact wrench is good. We had a front-end car project that would have been impossible without it. I lost the ring that sockets snap into. Flew off somewhere. I'm trying to get a replacement or two and having difficulty. I contacted customer support. They are slow to respond and even after giving them pictures as asked, no joy. Bottom line, tool is great. Just don't lose any pieces. I can still use the tool, but carefully so a socket does fly off.Amazon contacted me unexpectedly asking if I got a response as yet. I said no. All of a sudden, I get a CEO email response asking for more info from me.I'm editing this review to inform everyone that I tried to obtain a replacement and spare split ring for this tool. After a series of email exchanges with Alloyman, I gave up in frustration. The "CEO" or customer support representative who did respond to me, on each email sent raised the bar continuously till I finally gave up and ended the email exchanges. It became obvious to me by first asking for pictures and my address, then pictures, address, statement that the replacement ring is all I want. I responded. Then after ignoring me he wanted the order number in addition. I responded. The he wanted me to take a video of how it was used that made me lose it. IT FLEW OFF TAKING SOCKETS OFF BY HAND AND COULDN'T FIND IT! All I wanted was one replacement and I'd pay for a spare. Instead, I got this obvious increase of the need for more information until I finally said no, enough already.
