Great for use in baking cookies. I use these once a week to bake cookies. No stick! Just wipe them off when cookies are done! No need to really wash them all the time!

Yoooo, I can't believe I ordered these in 2019! I used them almost everyday. They are great! They keep worksurfaces cleaner, anchor slide-y cutting boards, and yes are great for baking. They Also are good for freezing things individually and peeling them off later (like homemade fruit roll ups, or chocolate swirls, or even bacon in separated individual strips) I have my kids use them as microwave liners. and the bigger ones make great placemats. My favorite use is to knead breads; I can just flour and fold, never getting my hands dirty while making those flaky layers! and I've probably saved so much moolah over the YEARS I've gotten utility out of these because I use Much less aluminum foil, parchment for baking and lets soap, sponges and hotwater soaking and scraping burnt crust out of casserole dishes or cookie trays.

These are much sturdier than the previous silicone baking mat we had before. Sizing fits a standard baking sheet. They clean up easy and are a nice reusable alternative than wasting foil every time I want to roast some vegetables or potatoes. And these are a good price for a 2-pack. Would highly recommend.

What's not to like? It can handle high baking temperatures and baked goods just don't stick to it -- and that makes cleanup really easy. I used to use the Teflon fabric BBQ mats for this purpose, but I eventually came to the conclusion that those products might not be very safe, as they seemed to be shedding little bits of the fabric into my baked goods. Silicone is a lot more safe to ingest, if these mats were to eventually shed -- but I see no evidence or likelihood of that happening. Another nice thing: If you need a smaller mat (e.g., for your countertop toaster oven), it's easy to trim these mats with a knife or scissors. And the price is certainly right!

I bought these to bake cookies (all kinds but especially chocolate chip and sugar cookies). I was using way too much parchment paper and I finally ordered my baking mats (that I had wanted for years, mind you!). My cookies turn out perfect! Crisp edges and soft, chewy centers. I’ve baked chocolate chip cookies about 10 times now using the mats and I LOVE THEM!! When I have leftover cookie dough, I use a cookie scoop and fill a mat (on a baking sheet) with dough and place them straight into the freezer to use at a later time. The cookies come straight off the mat after they are frozen and I either store them in another container or place them on my mat to thaw a bit and then pop them in the oven. Easy peasy. Why, oh, why did I wait so long to get them!!

The only thing I use these for is baking cookies and they do a really good job. My cookies don't stick and, they don't spread as much as they did before I started using these mats. I have 5 cookie sheets that are only used for cookies, so I decided to just keep the mats on the sheets. I first washed my cookie sheets, dried them and then put a mat on each sheet. I store the cookie sheets each with its own mat in place so I don't have to find someplace to store the mats. Now, after I'm done baking, I just wipe each mat off with warm soapy water, dry the mat and that's it. I'm ready for the next time I bake cookies. Great product!

I won't be without these mats ever again. Not sure why I waited so long to buy these. I always have just used cooking spray but no more. I don't need spray at all when using these mats. Everything I have made just slides right off easily. From cookies to garlic bread and biscuits, these mats are a must. So easy to clean and dry. I bake A LOT with 5 kids still at home and wouldn't be without these. Now looking at buying all different sizes to fit all my baking sheets. I have many baking sheets that are good quality but over the years are scratched and don't look very nice. I hate to get rid of them and these mats make them new again.

I live these. Everything comes of easily. Nothing sticks. When you first get them they smell like chemicals. But once you wash and have used them a couple times they are all good. I would definitely recommend these.
