Finally a plug that fits perfectly and WORKS.
I have tried different solutions to winterize my pool, including having to drain down to skimmer level to have an empty skimmer line. This is the perfect solution!! DO measure from inside your pool and make sure its the right size. ITS A TIGHT FIT, which is what is needed to seal properly.Highly recomend

ALMOST a good seal
I like the concept of not having to drain our pool every winter. Tried this plug for the first time. It seemed to have sealed nicely against the pool wall and no water was visibly leaking. However, after a month it began to leak, slowly, and eventually had a skimmer of frozen water as the leak would slowly freeze. Not sure what the answer is but don't like risking a frozen skimmer.

Perfect snug fit for my above ground pool
At first I did not think this was going to fit but it ended up being a snug fit and I think that is great. Will see how long it lasts.

Product fits in place but doesn’t stop the water from leaking in. Therefore, this piece is useless.
