Use this as a pitcher in slow pitch softball and it’s worked great. Fits perfect, straps are adjustable in 3 places which allows you to get just the right fit. Lightweight, doesn’t feel cumbersome on your head or neck when running or moving quick. Crossbars are spaced well, doesn’t obstruct my field of vision, but provides solid coverage for safety. Chin rest is adjustable for a good fit. Velcro is good quality and strong, so once you find the right fit you won’t have to worry about those parts separating or sliding. When I first got it the glue holding the Velcro started to separate at the edge before the Velcro. Just held down the corner when peeling the Velcro, no problem since. Great product!

Our child is playing team softball for the first time and the coach requires these masks to be worn. He’s absolutely right. It has already saved a softball to the nose, and there’s only been two practices.It fits very well; not too snug but not too tight. It’s made of a lightweight metal so it doesn’t reduce speed when running, and there’s little to obstruct view. There’s plenty of padding so it’s comfortable and not too hot.Overall, a definite “must have” for softball (especially first timers).

Great product! Built strong and came in handy several times blocking softballs from hitting her in the face. Love the adjustable strap at the top. Made it easy to get on and off but with a snug fit so didn’t come off while playing. Most of all kept her face safe and protected!

Purchased this Champion Sports Softball Face Mask - Durable Fielder Head Guards - Premium Sports Accessories for girls. I got this because my daughter was playing in the infield and was wearing braces. She did not want to a mouth guard, but I think all girls should wear these when playing infield positions. She was new to the sport and I did not want an injury to stop her love of the sport.This was light weight and durable. My daughter said it was not very comfortable. She wished there was more padding around the face and that the head elastic was lower and tighter. The chin padding would fall of easily too. It was a good price for the value. I was not able to find one in stores, so ordering online was easy. She played every game with it on to protect her face and braces and it did that. If she was going to play competitive softball I would probaby get a better mask, but this was just for fun at school.

This fit nicely on my 10 yr old. It’s very light weight and does its job of protecting for face. We had another brand and it was not comfortable so we tried this one and my daughter says it feels 10x more comfortable. She can see clearly and it does its job-stays on her face.

This is the second mask I’ve bought in recent years. The first child’s mask I bought did not fit a child’s head. It was way too big and couldn’t tighten it enough. My kid was always complaining it was uncomfortable.This one fits great and is very comfortable. It’s worth it to not hear any more complaining.

This face masks has made it through both of my girls playing softball. My youngest still uses it and I bought it quite a few years ago, the durability is outstanding.Protects her face during games and practices, easily adjustable and has a nice spot for her ponytail so it doesn’t pull her hair. Light weight enough it doesn’t bother her to wear it.
