Y67 LAMP - Excellent Purchase for an old TV
The old lamp in my current 60 inch Toshiba TV was dimming badly (pic was dull) indicating that it was about to go out. It also took three yellow flashing lights to flash prior to the TV coming on. I ordered this lamp from Project Lamps World and it came within three days. I put it in and it worked immediately. The TV picture color is vibrant and is brighter and clearer. I use to see a light reflection of my living room outside window in the TV picture but now I don't see anything but clear colorful picture. This is great and I hope to get a couple of years usage from this purchase. Let me add that I order this lamp from another company on Amazon and had to return it because the lamp was slightly too big for my TV. I used this company and the lamp slide in perfectly. I'll keep updates on how long this lamp last.

Bulb would not work?
I ordered this light several times over 10 years OEM no problem. Now i have been getting rebuilds this time the light would not come on, so sent it back got another one sent to me, put it in, light would not come on! Sent it back for refund! I will have to find OEM Y67 light cost more but it will work!

YAYYYYYY!!! IT WORKS
It has been about 2 years since the bulb on my Toshiba 65in HDTV went out... I had ordered from another company, no picture only sound. So I was really hesitant about trying again, but I took a leap of faith, after it sat in my cart for 2weeks I finally placed the order. It came in 2 days due to my Prime membership. I washed my hands, got my tools, took the old lamp out, and put new one in, secured everything back in tv......and.... blue dot, then green dot and the picture came on. Good as new! Being that I had problems before I am completely satisfied with the lamp, on the Toshiba website it's very expensive. I would order from this seller again, and again because he saved my tv. You just have to keep on trying till you find the right lamp that works. It's been a little over a month now and the tv is still going strong.

Would try again.
I bought this product but returned it because it was defective. With these type of products some will be and some wont be defective. I return it and they sent me my refund right away. The company also sent me an email, that they would send me another one for free. I would try buying from this company again. I think a company that response to you in this way is worth buying from. Thanks Projector-Lamps-World. :)

At this price it's always a gamble but this one works great
When you're buying inexpensive, non-OEM and / or re manufactured lamp there's always a risk it will last only a short while or grenade straight out of the box. A friend of mine gave me a DLP HDTV that "blew up" because of such a thing. I didn't want to spend a ton of money on a "free" TV so I bought one of these lamps. So far (after four days of use) It works perfectly.

Did not work
When I installed this lamp in the TV it reported the same fault code has the defective lamp I was replacing. I will be returning the lamp today.

This product was ordered to replace the lamp currently working in my TV, with the plan to retain the old lamp as backup. When received, I installed the new lamp, which did not work at all. After reinstalling several times, still nothing. I reinstalled the old lamp, and the TV is working fine again. I returned the new lamp and was immediately given credit for the order.
