Beautiful mixer for lovely N/A cocktails!
One of the constant problems with wanting to live with little or no alcohol in our lives is the battle against sweet drinks as the only option. Ghia presents an amazing alternative mixer as it has a wonderful depth of botanical flavor and none of the cloying sweetness that comes from so many other alt mixers. We received our order of Ghia quickly, with wonderful sustainable packaging that protected the product and offered a great "display". Despite what we have read in some reviews, we had no issues with the cork- maybe it was from their reviews that we opened it gently, so thank you for that! :-)It is a mixer, so we did try a little bit of Ghia on its own, just to determine the strength and how we wanted to approach it. By itself, it is quite bitter and potent in flavor, but we could instantly tell that it would mix well in a variety of options. We tried it with soda water for a light sipper (2oz Ghia to 3oz soda water), mixed it in the same ratio with N/A sparkling white wine (Chateau-ish), and tried our hand at a cocktail using typical punch cocktail ratios: 1 part Fresh Lemon, 2 parts Honey Syrup, 3 parts Ghia and topped with 4 parts Green Tea where Ghia was in place of the alcohol. Garnished with an orange slice and some fresh basil. It was a lovely sipper for a nice garden dinner!Excited to keep experimenting with this lovely botanical mixer and looking forward to a new world of fresh N/A drinks to explore. Thanks Ghia!

Love this option!
I hosted a house warming recently and some of my friends weren’t planning on drinking, so I bought this aperitif for them to try out. I mixed some soda water and lemon juice with it and it tasted amazing! Love the ingredients & the benefits, I’m definitely getting the berry one next time when I host another party.

Tasty High-end Aperitif
Delicious. I mixed with ginger beer, or diet tonic or club soda and ice as an alcohol free cocktail. Tasty if you like a tangy or citrus style of drink. The only complaint is the price. There are less expensive options out there but this product so far is the tastiest. Also comes in a very pretty bottle.

Beautiful Packaging and Great Taste!
The media could not be loaded. The packaging is stunning and feels very high quality! The bottle is so beautiful, I plan to save it and use it as a vase or for something decorative. It was shipped carefully with a protective cardboard sleeve around the glass, which I really appreciated. Other reviews for this product have mentioned issues with the cork, but that was not the case for me.The taste reminded me of when you peel a tangerine at Christmastime. It's sweet in a natural way, very citrusy but still refreshing. I mixed it with sparkling water over ice, and it felt special without being too heavy. I love that it's made without caffeine or added sugar. It's something l'd reach for when I want a little ritual without the buzz. It's perfect for an afternoon refresh. I would recommend this to anyone. Give it a try!

Must Try!!
This is my first time trying the Ghia Non-Alcoholic Berry Apéritif and it is such a hidden gem! The flavor is bitter but also sweet so it’s the best of both worlds. I enjoyed the balance between the two! I also really appreciate the natural ingredients and mediterranean feel the drink has. It is very refreshing and can be easily mixed with other drinks to tailor to your preference. In addition the packaging is very aesthetic and is great for gift giving! If you want to get on the mocktail train, I highly recommend!

Drink with cork
The beverage is delicious on its own, but by (terrible) design, you will be drinking it with dusty pieces of cork since it's completely impossible to remove the original cork without the knob above it pulling away-- at which point the dry, crumbling shambles of cork will plop into the bottle rather than be teased out of it--even with a good wine opener. (Still, the beverage is quite fine).

Too bitter
I really wanted to like this, but it tasted way too bitter to me ( I like bitter generally). To the point that it upsets my stomach. Hubby found it also too bitter. Diluting did not help and you loose much of the other flavors. Not sure what to do with the rest of the bottle.

Great product, but overpriced.
This is a pleasant drink! It's very bitter, just be warned. I happen to like that, but it has a strong undercurrent of citrus pith.Interestingly, I found pairing it with another bitter mixer mellows it out. I mixed mine with tonic water and it was an extremely tasty non-alcoholic cocktail.I knocked off one star because of the price. This isn't worth anywhere NEAR $38 a bottle. I likely won't order it again based on that alone. I would pay maybe $15-$20 for this at most.
