Used these with a different brand of thermometer and they worked fine.

They often differ by a few to many degrees
When you find the probes that you can trust for accuracy, there wonderful for beef, pork, poultry, and fish. Have to be careful when cleaning them not to get water in the hub of the probe. I have a digital thermometer that I often use as an accuracy check for these probes. Can't leave digital one in the grill and receive repetitive measurements like the wireless probes.
