Great grips Great price.
This is the second time I've regripped my golf clubs with Yamato grips and I'm impressed with the feel and durability. I play golf most every day and the last set I had on my clubs lasted for about 8 months. That's over 200 days of golfing. They are comparable to the high dollar grips at a fraction of the cost. 13 grips for the price of 2 of the pricey grips. I'm sold on Yamato and will use these for all my regripping needs from now on. Yamato grips rock!!!!!!

Old clubs brought back to life...easy DIY project...
New to golf...a friend donated a bunch of his old clubs to the cause. But they all had very worn grips. He suggested taking them in and having them replaced...but decided to try it myself first.Very easy project. You'll need this item as well...Wedge Guys Golf Grip Kits for Regripping Golf Clubs (or something similar). Total was around $40 for grips and install kit...saved a bundle in labor!!Hardest part was getting the old grip off...and removing all the old grip tape. I just scrapped it off with a single edge razor blade. Wrap the new tape around the club, spray on the slippery stuff and slide the new grip over. Done. Easy peesy.I like the quality of the Yamato grips...they feel substantial in my hands. Very grippy. But being new to golf I have nothing to compare against. I know the clubs don't slip in my hands anymore.Easy project to tackle yourself. Took me an hour to do 6 clubs. Go for it.

They are very firm grips.
Price was right, but they are made of a very firm material. Avoid if you like a soft, pliable grip.

Great grips
I like these Yamato grips better than Golf Pride and Lamkin similar products, hands down. A little softer than New Decades but do not have the cord on the upper half. No great loss. The feel of these is better. The quality exceeded expectation, we’re actually easier to install at home than any firmer GP or Lamkin product. They look great, and run identical in size to GP. I built up some Midsize grips 3 extra wraps to reduce the taper, with the exact same result in size to as if they were GP. I’d buy these next time around without question.I’ll show them to everyone I golf with who would care, as well.To grip an entire set at $30 grips + $5 in tape, versus $150 for GP New Decade MCC or Lamkin UST. It’s a no brainer.

Regrip on a budget
Bought these to regrip my old clubs that had been sitting in my basement for my son that just got into golf. The old grips were worn down and falling apart. These renewed the clubs for a great value price. I bought the mid size, and they feel pretty comfortable to where I think I'm going to buy another set for my irons. We haven't been out to the range yet to fully test them out, but swinging with some foam practice balls in the backyard. Can't wait to get to the range and fully test them out.Install is pretty easy, but I'd suggest buying a kit with the grip tape, removal tool, and solvent. If you're doing clubs with graphite shafts, be careful with the tape removal tool. I ended up soaking the clubs in soap and very hot water for a half an hour and used a SOS pad(green side) to remove the old tape. Note that this took a bit of elbow grease.Very happy with this purchase to renew an old set of clubs.

Decent grips
Can’t speak to longevity, as I’ve only had them on for a few rounds, but they seem just as well made as the lamkins I usually use at a fraction of the price.

YAMAMOTO GRIPS
This product is outstanding. I regret all my clubs with these grips. I avg (4) 18 rounds a week and these grips hold up incredibly well. Highly recommend the grips and are an outstanding value
