Just talk to me
My dog is not interested in pressing a button to talk to me... I tried everything but she's just not having it. Probably works best for puppies but it's definitely hard to teach an old dog new tricks

Poor quality with mediocre recording ability that isn't consistent, but they do work
The fancy box is worth more than the product. Very cheaply made. Funny thing is they test each button with a very clear message of HELLO as soon as the batteries that are NOT included are installed, problem is you can't get anything you clearly state to sound as good as that woman at the factory that tests them. It is a cheap product, and each button works better or worse than the one you put a recording on before it. They are easy to record on and easy to use. Nothing to keep the dog from picking it up and running all over the house with it, and training with consistency is needed for the dog to get the message. Frenchies are taking forever. Shipping and packaging was fine, but I wasn't in a hurry.

Sound quality is not the greatest
As my headline said, the sound quality was not the greatest however, for the price they do exactly what they’re supposed to do. I will say one of the package of five does not work at all so I may have to do a return. I’m going to double check the batteries But there is a chance that it may not be working but again for $20 for a five piece said really not a bad price for the quality at all. Exactly as advertised.

Careful what you record!
Excellent trainer. My Aussie figured it out after 3 hours. Showed her what to do and bang, she had it down. However, you need to remember one thing about these buttons. These buttons are designed to tell YOU what to do, not your dog. So be very careful what you record into them. If you record "treats", that's your dog telling YOU they want a treat, not the other way around. If you record "play", (as I did) they are telling YOU they want to play, not you asking them if they want to.So, mind what you record and remember who is telling whom, what...lol

Loud buttons
They are easy to use and recording messages is simple. There is no volume control and playback is really loud and startles my dog.
