Is it too big for really short hair that’s a bit longer than a pixie?

Definitely too big, and it’s hard to grip even long hair.

Heat protection spray before you use this or not necessary? Thanks!

The directions in the box say not to use any product as it will coat the heat elements and they can’t be cleaned. I find if I apply heat protection spray and let it fully dry it does not come off on the comb. I think it is not necessary on the lower heat settings, 1 and 2, but hot does damage hair so you will have to weigh the value and decide if you want to take a chance on coating the heat element.

Sirve para secar el pelo o solo estirarlo?

Puedes usarlo con pelo mojado pero Para mejor resultado el pelo debe estar seco al natural, no necesita estar estirado como hacemos con blower y luego plancha , puedes lavarlo dejarlo secar al aire aunqge sea muy rizado y luego usarlo para estirar el cabello , es excelente .. de verdad . Solo quizas pulir las puntas pero en relación a costo es muy muy buen producto.

I’m so glad I asked for this for Christmas! LOL I really wanted it to cut down on straightening time with my flat iron.. well it works! It takes me 2 1/2 hours to straighten my hair with just my flat iron. It took me 1 hour to do my hair with the Tymo brush. Then it took me about 7 mins to go over my hair with my flat iron because I wanted a straighter look. Make sure you brush your hair before using!!!! This was so fun to use! I feel like the straightening effect is more of like a blow out, but it does straighten a lot. I have like 3a-3b hair that’s a little past my middle back when straight. Loved the swivel effect, makes it easier to hold when you’re getting the hairs in the back & your arms are up in a funny angle. The heat could probably be bit hotter for some people..but I’m using it with a flat iron so the heat is fine because then i don’t want too much heat damage on my hair.
