Ive been using these for a few years the 60 count is the way to go. For me they work great and they taste quite good, a little chalky but not horrid.Generally for me I take two of the chews before eating dairy and I have zero problems.

My 10 year old daughter was diagnosed as lactose intolerant. She has severe debilitating stomach cramps anytime she eats anything with even a tiny amount of dairy in it. Her doctor recommended the Lactaid, and said to give her 1/2 of the chewable tablet right before she eats or drinks anything with dairy in it. It really worked! My daughter is now able to consume dairy without the debilitating stomach pains! She is so excited to be able to have cereal with real milk, ice cream, cheese etc. This product is amazing. I'm so thankful that there's something like this available for my daughter and others like her.I did have issues finding the chewable version in stores near me. I had one pharmacy order it the first time, but that's just not convenient as they would have to order it each time I needed to buy more, it takes forever for them to get it, then I would need to drive there to go pick it up. I'm glad I'm able to order this online and have it delivered to my door. Now we can make sure we have enough so my daughter never runs out.We did have issues with the order at first, the caplets (pill version) were sent instead of the chewable tablets, but Amazon was awesome and they fixed the issue immediately and sent me the correct stuff. *Thanks for the awesome, super-fast service Amazon!*I would definitely recommend the Lactaid Fast Act Chewables to anyone that is lactose intolerant, and also anyone that isn't able to swallow the large pill version of it.As for the taste, my daughter says, "they taste like yummy vanilla ice cream" - her words exactly! So if you like vanilla ice cream then you'll probably enjoy the flavor of these.I added some pictures. One picture shows the size of the tablets. They are a little smaller than a dime, and not very thick either. They are super easy to break in half also, if you only want to take half - like my daughter. I also included a picture of the ingredient/nutritional chart on the side of the box, as well as a picture of the back of the box that shows the information regarding how to take them and how they work.One more thing, the price here on Amazon is way cheaper than what I would have to pay in a local store. I'm also getting more by ordering them through Amazon. The box from the local store only had 32 tablets in it, and it costs around $10-$12 for that. Here on Amazon I can get 60 tablets for around $13 (plus shipping). To me that's definitely worth it. I'm also not wasting gas and time driving to a store to buy them.I will definitely be buying these from Amazon again!

I have a lactose intolerance issue so I have these with me all the time. Easy to take since it's chewable. Especially helpful if you're out to eat and not sure if the food might have dairy.
