I bought both types of these cooling boxes and they appear to be the only ones that don"t get criticised for not staying cold very long. These certainly do stay cold for a long time. Highly recommended.

This medicine bag is fantastic, it fit in all my medication when going on holiday and also comes either 4 lightweight cool packs to keep insulin chilled, highly recommend this.

Good quality med bag and ice packs that will carry all insulin and accompanying medication and testing eqpt neatly. Arrived quickly.

The bag is nice, good quality fabric and handy for carrying standard medication, But Not suitable for its intended purpose if flying! Gels defrosted and were reaching ambient temperature by the time I got to Spain a 2.5 hour flight and 45 mins to and from airports to destination. Size matters - wasn't able to hold more than 4 of my pens.

Loads of storage and was great for carrying all of our sons insulin abroad

Our 3 year old is a type 1 diabetic and requires a lot of medical supplies. At one point, we were carrying several bags to store all of his medical supplies.With this bag, we are able to store everything. The top compartment has zippered pockets that we like to store his alcohol wipes and bandaids. In that same compartment are two removable, zippered pouches that attach the bottom with Velcro. These are perfect for store his needles and lancets.The second compartment has zippered pouches as well. It also has a removable divider that stores his insulin pens, vials, test strips and meter. At the bottom of this compartment is a deep pocket that allows us to store an extra Omnipod, glucogon and sensor.The bag is made of high quality. It’s easy to carry and holds so much. We haven’t needed to use the ice packs, but it does include slim ice packs to keep insulin chilled.I highly recommend this bag.

This bag is really neat. It’s so helpful and convenient with it having 4 ice packs. I bought two of these. You can always order more ice packs if you need it. You have everything you should need with these bags. Storage for your test strips, lancets and lansing device. I take two different injectable insulins so when I’m traveling I can use rubber bands to tie around the insulin and ice packs to ensure it does not roll around inside the bag and potentially loses refrigeration. The only thing is the directions say the ice packs are to be refrigerated. I need the ice packs frozen so my insulin never goes warm. The type of traveling I do I travel for hundreds of miles at a time
