They both contain 28 strains of beneficial microflora. The difference between the two is the serving size weight. While Prescript Assist is a 620mg capsule, Prescript Assist Light is a 310mg capsule without a pea protein. Prescript Assist Light was developed from customer feedback like yours who can not take a pea protein, and take only half a capsule, also would like to give it to their children. The older labels showing 29 microbes are being phased out, and the new labels showing 28 microbes will replace the older label. Again, thank you for reaching out to us, and please feel free to contact us any time, we love to hear from our customers for any feedback. **Q: Is this the product that includes leonardite which cwc labs found to contain 10,000 ppb of lead and over 3,500,000 ppb aluminum?** A: Hello, This article might help you.
