Nice taste
Bit chemically in taste but that's to be expected. No horrible aftertaste and went down easily. You are supposed to have 4 sprays twice a day bit I use 2 sprays twice a day as that provides 100% DRA. And spreads it out further

Flavour wasn't for me
Spray vitamins are supposed to absorb better than Tablet ones and this was easy to use but didn't taste very nice so didn't continue after a few tries

Great if you dislike capsules, but expensive
I like that this provides a very good dosage, 250% of the NRV, of Zinc per day, and also a good dosage of vitamin B5.It's super easy to take, just spray four times into your mouth or under your tongue, twice per day. However, I don't realistically find this any more convenient than taking a capsule.I would say I actually prefer capsules because I can put all of my capsules into a pill organiser and take all of them at once, whereas with this I also need to ensure to have the bottle with me wherever I go and to take it separately. It is great however if you cannot take or dislike capsules. However, the taste of this is quite strong and tart. It is somewhat difficult to explain, but it's a flavour that I'm not sure whether I like or not - it doesn't put me off, but it's also not particularly making me want to take more. For the price, it ends up quite expensive compared to capsules, so I wouldn't be making a move to use this any time soon.

Absorbs quickly, probably more effective but not nice tasting.
I usually take multi vitamins and some are easier to swallow than other and some do have difficulty swallowing a tablet or capsule. Gummies is one alternative and this I suppose is another. I did not like the taste much and it took some time for it to go away and I think it numbed my mouth. It does seem to be effective though as the sniffles went fairly quickly. Maybe they would have gone anyway, I don't know. I suppose the body must absorb these ingredients quicker than a tablet or capsule so in that sense this must be good. Pity about the taste though.

Tastes horrible but works.
Tastes horrible and the taste doesn't go away for ages and makes my mouth go numb but it does seem to help with my immune system and stopped the cold that I started to have in its tracks.Overall good quality but not good tasting.

Good ingredients but the flavour isn’t pleasant
As the title says, the ingredients are great for you and are assumably high quality. It is the taste that this handy spray falls short on. It gives a weird fizzing in the mouth, almost foaming. The taste lingers on way too long after spraying. Not ideal if you want something easy to consume.

The lack of unwanted chemicals gets my vote. Great for a first aid against viruses.
I ordered this for my first aid box. The zinc sub-lingual spray really does absorb much faster than taking a tablet and you never know just how much of them actually gets dissolved and how much passes through.I like the fact that this spray will keep for a long time, even after being used. My understanding is that one should treat things like cold, flu and other virus breakouts as fast as possible. They usually start in the throat, upper respiratory tract, sinuses or mouth. Having this spray on hand allows a rapid response to any of these symptoms and can help prevent the infection developing.Yes, the taste is a bit odd, as others have noted, but it soon goes. Best not to drink water straight after though, as it is still lingering on the mucus membranes in your mouth. This is where it gets absorbed quickly into the bloodstream. Also, the best place to spray it is under the tongue (sub-lingual)
