Really a monster sturdy, anti fatigue for long hours good neck and back rest nice quality material. I liked it and with my feedback my friends also ordered same chairs after my purchase. But i really miss a foot rest in this price range. I wud try to get fitted a foot rest if it will be possible. One thing I don't like at all is hand rest. They wobble and feels like loose so not comfortable. They could have compansate bad hand rest with a foot rest. I don't know why this brand not providing foot rest in almost any model except beast.

Product is good but installers did not even come, nor they called or texted before appointment. Even in the appointment window, they did not inform that they are not coming. It wasted my time and next day I had to install it myself watching youtube. So don’t waster your money and time on “Easy Fox Service” Installers.

I ordered this chair on 16 Oct 2020 for Rs.18,490 which was listed at a 50% discount deal with a 2-year warranty. This is their standard practice and is no deal at all. It is the same price and deal even till 3-years later today. This feels non-genuine.The package was delivered by another courier in a big cartoon. It was well packaged and no damage at all. Full credits for this.The package contained all parts and assembly instructions in brief that worked. The parts themselves felt very well build, heavy and fitted well together. The screws, nuts and bolts were also seemed good quality. I am used to building DIY furniture from IKEA by myself and enjoyed putting it together. All functions worked well after the assembly so all seemed good.Now after 6 months of regular 8 hours daily use, I started getting troubles. First it was little play in the back that would not go even after tightening any related bolts (which I did regularly already). I ended up disassembling it almost fully to get to the root of the play but could not find any (the core mechanism case cannot be opened by the end-user). I had to live with the little but annoying play. I did not call for any repairs or warranty claim as I thought it was a very small thing.Almost 2 years later, well after the warranty expired, I started feeling a little uncomfortable on the right side of the seat. I figured that the cushion on the seat on the right side had given way and the metal underneath could be felt. In fact, the whole seat cushion was giving way, just that the right side was more for some reason. I had to use an external cushion on the seat to make sure that the metal did not press against the body and hurt me anymore over long sittings.There are other minor issues such as the neck support elastic band getting too loose and the lumbar support is not flattened too. Other than this, the rest of the chair still works and is perfectly usable with the external cushion.Go for it if you need a heavy built with all features working as advertised but use a external cushion on the seat from the beginning to avoid the issue I had. Maybe the manufacturer can look in to this issue and use better/more cushion material in the future.

Chair is decent, comfortable.
