This was me taking a chance on a fan, and I love it. It add such a richness to the room and I wound up buying three of them. Two have been installed already, they are quiet and it works like a charm and I love the mood light settings. I will have to learn the remote for there are many options. We bought four for a business application. They work perfectly, but one had a manufacturing defect (it happens) in the mounting plate. Their customer service replaced the entire fan immediately. The fans are quiet and move a lot of air, which is the idea.

The wiring must accommodate the remote box yet there is not enough room. I have tried 5 different ways and eventually the ground just ripped out of the box and sheared off the connector.Edit: finally got it in. The fan blades are silent. I used the extension to drop it 10 more inches, I believe this greatly improves air flow due to Bernoulli effect. As such when it’s level 1, it almost feels like our old fan on max. We ysed that one at 3 and this one at 1.The motor has a slight whine. around 35 dB, with 70ish being conversational, and 110 being a rock concert. It’s still very quite overall.The remote works well. The light is nice but I wish it wasn’t so direct only. It’s more like a spot light than a lamp.Finally got it in. It’s quite and moves a lot of air.Edit 2: I have installed two of these. The gold part on both of them is not symmetrical and so looks wobbly when it’s running. One sounds like a bearing is not set right as it make a rubbing sound. The other sounds like the motor is knocking when it’s powered on (not jus rotating). I fear both of them will not last long. I’d look for a different fan next timeEdit 3: put it in reverse and turned it on. Then it broke. JunkEdit 4: I think the knocking or rubbing on at least one was the DC converter jammed into the housing above the fan. There is almost no room to fit it in there. As such of the fan moves due to a balance issue it would squeeze that and make a knock sound. Tightening up all screws to almost over tight helped on the fan that wasn’t broken already

Seems like a quality product, looks modern and easy to assemble. The wiring is PAINFUL! You have to plan ahead on the wiring because of the lack of space. The biggest recommendation I can give on that is buy some Wago connectors. It will save your sanity and smaller than caps to make up for the lack of space. So far 2 installed and working as they should so far! It would be 5 star if it weren't for the painful wiring otherwise its a great product!

The media could not be loaded. The fan works great it’s very nice and modern. Unfortunately I want to return because the light is awful. All 3 light portions are extremely dimmed! Makes my bedroom dark and depressed. I need something with more light. I need to return the item but when attempting to do so Amazon is asking me to contact the seller, and when you try to contact the seller it will not allow you to type a message and only attach files :/ please help. I need to return and find something with more lightening. Attached a small video and that’s the brightest setting :(Updating my review. Company reached out and made things right for me. And just for that giving it 5 stars for customer service satisfaction. That speaks great about the company

I loved this fan. I will admit my maintenance person through away my owners manual. Now my fan will turn off in the middle of the day or at night. I wake up in a sweat.The fan needs to stay on to cool down my pups while I’m at work and at night as my home is hot without rotating air. I’ve tried contacting the manufacturer via phone, it just disconnects and then I tried their online chat, it’s a robot and not a real person. DoesAnyone have this issue they can help me fix?

Works fine but looks cheaper than the pic and for the cost I expected better
