I bought these because I couldn't take the pill form. I believe they worked for me, but will not purchase any more.

My potassium levels came back quite low the last two batches of blood work I had done. The leg cramps were annoying and painful. I have trouble swallowing pills,so a nurse friend of mine suggested I give this a try. It's is so easy to use. I actually add it to cranberry juice, not water, but that does not seem to effect the potency.My last doctor visit, my numbers had come up to almost normal amounts. The doctor asked me what I was taking and how often, said it seemed to be working good, but for me to take it 2x per day until my next visit.It really helped a lot with the leg cramps and it also great on water retention (I have really noticed that since I added the second PM dose).

Standard dosage is 100 mg for most potassium supplements, this has 11. who cares what the particle size is when you aren't getting enough? The ad says 500 pack, but it's only 35 servings per bottle, so a rip off. flavor was awful. and the instructions/dosage- two half droppers. That's so imprecise. You'd expect if they were going to set at that they would at least put a line on the dropper to indicate where to stop!

Please please bring this product back to Amazon. I ordered it and took it daily for many years and now it hasn't been available for months. My muscles don't store potassium well and I have to supplement and I haven't found any other brand that works like this one does.

I have used this product for quite some time. It is especially helpful for women who may retain a lot of water during those special times of the month. The liquid version does not taste bad as some of the others. Just mix it in a drink and enjoy the effects.

Easy to take and no taste. I am looking forward to good results.
